This master bathroom had a 1500 lb cultured marble tub and the ceiling was collapsing due to no vent in the bathroom as well as the drywall was installed hastily on 2′ center studs. After demolishing everything, the cleanup, smart re-wire, smart vent fan with bluetooth, reroute the plumbing, new 2-stage halo & vanity lighting, LED shower & bath fixture,tile throughout, digital faucet (tells you the temperature, volume & consumption) and free-standing soaking tub. I believe the changes are breathtaking.
